County waste department to provide free household hazardous waste collection event in Mecca on Saturday

The Riverside County Waste Management Department has scheduled a free household hazardous waste collection event on Saturday (Oct. 12) in Mecca at the Sheriff’s Substation, starting at 9 a.m. The collection is open to all Riverside County residents.
